Academic Transcripts

A transcript is an official summary of a student’s academic performance and progress to date. It will only include final marks confirmed by the appropriate Board of Examiners. A transcript may be needed for verification by prospective employers or by other educational institutions to which you are applying. Once you have finished your award, your final transcript will normally be available on the eDocuments within 24 hours of you received your results. Physical copies of your transcript are no longer issued. There is more information about academic transcripts here: www.ox.ac.uk/students/graduation/transcripts

Most current students and alumni (who started their studies after Michaelmas Term 2007) can request an academic transcript (and other documentation) through the University’s eDocuments Service. There is information about this service here: www.ox.ac.uk/students/graduation/faqs
